I recently stayed at Hotel Sumski Feneri for a leisure trip and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to transportation. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The restaurant and kitchen services were top-notch, with delicious and beautifully presented food. the hotel provided excellent value for money, with friendly staff and outstanding services. Excellent service from hotel staff, albeit in a fairly informal manner.
Typical central European (lack of) attention to detail. E.g.room fairly recently redecorated but electrical wires still hanging out the wall. Landing recently painted but random insulation foam spilling out around the pipes. Great opportunity to be nature lovers hotel but peacocks kept in bizarre, very small hutch out the back. Never enough lol roll. Things like that....

It is a very nice place. The style of the rooms are very good. The staff are very frendly and they speak English good enough. The restaurant is nice as well , and the menu contains many traditional foods. The prices are cheap. And what is the best I lost my mobile phone in my room and the staff looked it for me and found it finally.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled in the Pelister National Park. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a modern bathroom that had multiple shower heads, including a rainforest one. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Bitola below. Despite a few minor issues, such as frayed towels and a slight noise from the television, I highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of nature. I had a fantastic experience and would gladly return.

Hotel is very close to the city center but in the Natural Park Pelister in a peaceful and picturesque surrounding. The Food is excellent!!! (Mnajmiiii). Very Friendly English speaking stuff was ready to answer all my questions and even to help me on my “stupid” requests. As a picky person I found this hotel perfect even for a longer stays! Very Good job Guys!!! Thank you for making my short stay to Bitola even better than home Already making my plans to visit you again, but this time I am bringing my friends

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I would strongly recommend it! Very nice place to stay - beautiful gardens and flowers. Extremely pleasant staff and the owner, very nice and specious rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice furniture, and close to the city. Very convenient for a few days runway from a city crowd and for the one night stay also, close to the highway...

Very nice room, well decorated and with nice views. Good restaurant with very nice terrace for breakfest and dinner, good food and great value for money. Service was excellent and most staff speaks very good English (we had a problem with our car and the person at reception took us to the local garage and helped us translating with the mechanics and making sure we got a good deal; she was really helpful!). Nice location just 5 min away (by car) from city centre, peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings. I would definetely stay in the same hotel if I'd go to Bitola again.
Nothing really (if it had a swimmingpool then it would be absolutely perfect... but no other hotel in town has a swimmingpool either so...)

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel outside Bitola. The location in the mountains was simply breathtaking, offering gorgeous views of the surrounding scenery. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the appliances I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice mountain view. The attention to detail was superb, with tea served in proper pots and delicious homemade products for breakfast. And let's not forget the excellent local wines available at very reasonable prices.
Everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is in very quiet surrounding, clean with spacious rooms (at least for double bed and apartment we were in), friendly and helpful personnel. Wi-Fi was excellent, which was very important to us. We have a dinner at the à la carte restaurant of the hotel, drinks and food choice, service all was excellent at very acceptable prices. We noticed that many people were not guests in the hotel and were coming for the restaurant itself. Bitola city center is five minutes away with a car, and highway is even closer. If you are with car you will also appreciate free private parking. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants quiet night close to nature and good food.
Nothing for the price
